Lieutenant colonel and spokesman of Palestinian Police Ayoob Abo Sha'er said police decides to prevent parties in public places and microphones in Streets .
He explained police does not reject parties in closed places to provide suitable atmosphere for Student in Secondary Stage . He pointed this step comes in cooperation with Education Ministry .
The spokesman referred police succeeded in guaranteeing Secondary Examination many years ago affirming police does not refuse organizing parties which do not affect negatively students .
He urges citizens to respect the decision stressing that no one is allowed to break this law .
