Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested five Palestinian students from their homes in Al-Khalil at dawn Monday including two young women, local sources said.
They said that IOF soldiers broke into the family home of Fatima Sidir, a student at Al-Khalil University, and took her away after searching the house.
Fatima along with her mother and two of her brothers were summoned by the PA preventive security for participating in rallies in support of political detainees. One of her brothers and her fiancé are held in Israeli custody.
IOF soldiers arrested another female student in Al-Khalil city at dawn Monday from her home. Afnan Ramadan is a student at Polytechnic Palestine.
The soldiers rounded up three other male students, one studying at Polytechnic Palestine, and two studying at Al-Khalil University.
