The energy and natural resources authority in the Gaza Strip has announced that the sole electricity generation station in the enclave would work in full capacity next month.
The authority said in a statement on Wednesday that the four turbines installed by the UNDP with the financing of the Islamic Development Bank would restore full power to the station.
The station would produce 120 Megawatts of electricity for the first time since its bombing by the Israeli occupation forces in 2006.
