The Director ofMarine PoliceCol.NihadJabarisaid " during the monitoring of policetothe beachthey saw the fishbone go outto the beachin asuspicious".
He added "The marinepolice immediatelyrushed to the scene and sized the parties of two cars .
Jabarisaidthat themarine policerecoveredthe parties oftwo carsfrom the seaand transported it tothe marinesite,thenthe case referredto theinspector ofthe police investigationto complete thelegal procedures.
