Israeli occupation forces rounded up nine Palestinians in the West Bank at dawn Wednesday mostly in Al-Khalil province.
Hebrew paper Yedito Ahronot said on its website that all detainees would be questioned at concerned agencies.
Local sources in Al-Khalil said that IOF soldiers detained a young man near the Ibrahimi mosque in the city.
They said that a number of others were detained in Beit Ummar village, to the north of al-Khalil, including a 17-year-old boy.
The sources said that soldiers stormed and searched many homes in the city and nearby villages.
