The collaborator with occupation (W.J) was executed on Saturday 7/4/2012 , where the Permanent Military Court sentenced him to death in Gaza after the Court has directed the following charges against him :
1) Treason contrary to Article (131) of the Palestinian Revolutionary Penal Code in 1979.
2) To intervene in the killings contrary to Article (378/1) in terms of Article (88 / A) in 1979.
The two criminal convicted were also executed to death because the following :
1. The convicted (m. B) where the Court of Deir al-Balah ruled him by hanging to death for intentionally murder Unlike text of articles (214), (215), (216) in 1936 and charged with carrying a harmless tool unlike the provisions of Article (89) in 1936.
2. The convicted (m. A) where the court sentenced of Khan Younis sentenced him by hanging to death for intentionally murder Unlike text of articles (214) (215) in 1936, and kidnapping Unlike text of articles (254) (255) in 1936, and the sodomy with a child under the age of sixteen Unlike the provisions of Article (152) of 1936, and charged with carrying harmless tool unlike the provisions of Article (89) in 1936.
The Ministry of Interior brought the parents of blood and offer the amnesty before the direct implementation but the parents of blood demanded by punishment.
Implementation of death sentence was attended by all the competent authorities according to law and according to legal procedures laid down.
The Court emphasized that these provisions were issued in presence and unanimously and publicly understood.
