Palestinian women is a symbol of glory and pride of the Arab nation ,she is the mother , the sister , the wife , and the Martyr.
All these qualities are not owned by any women in the world but it gathered in the Palestinian women .. These words were said by Miss : Jamella Al-Shanti , Minister of Palestinian women during the interview made by media office in the Ministry of Interior .
" Palestinian women lived sever and hard conditions under the Israeli occupation and siege imposed on the Palestinian people since years ago , which forced her to be the woman and man in the same time " ,Al-Shanti added .
She said that the Palestinian women distinguished in all field and the most thing that distinguished it is the education despite the catastrophes and Nakba , that the spreading of refuges , UNRWA schools and camps were the cause in her education ,pointing out that percentage of educated Palestinian women more than any woman in the world .
"According to the bad economic conditions in the Gaza strip ,the Palestinian women forced to work in all field as teacher, nurse, doctor, farmer, and sometimes help her husband ,and she challenged all difficulties in Palestinian community .", Minister of women explained.
She also said that the Palestinian woman is the maker of generations and heroes who defending on their right .
On the security level ,Al-Shanti confirmed that the Palestinian women police is the symbol of challenge and success ,where they challenged all the difficulties passed by them and Palestinian people under the most difficult circumstances and imposed siege on the strip since years ago by the Israeli occupation ,showing that the Palestinian women suffered a lot to improve its role in the society , and she succeeded to achieve this .
At last ,Miss Al-Shanti expressed her pride to be one of Palestinian women , confirming that however she said she will not meet the right of Palestinian women.
