8 Palestinians arrested in the West Bank

IOF troops at dawn Monday arrested eight Palestinians in different areas of the West Bank on the pretext they are wanted by the occupation.

Israeli media sources which confirmed these arrests said that the those arrested will undergo interrogation by the concerned security authorities on suspicion of being involved in attacks against occupation targets. No mention was made of the identity of the detainees or their affiliations.

Palestinian sources confirmed that IOF troops raided dozens of homes in different Palestinian cities and villages and forced the occupants out in the cold while the occupation soldiers ransacked their homes.

Residents of the raided homes reported that the IOF troops broke into their homes while they were asleep by breaking doors, then the occupation soldiers thoroughly searched their homes trashing the contents.

The sources added that the raided homes were in the villages of Arraba, Ajja, Ya'bad and Anza to the south of Jenin. The IOF troops arrested Baker Obaid (27 years) from Ya'bad. Obaid is a former captive in occupation jails who spent 3 years in occupation jails.

In the village of Ajja, the IOF troops handed former captive Muhammad Qasem and two of his brothers summonses to attend the security headquarters in Salem military base.

The IOF troops also raided the home of former captive Saleh Adel Ammour in the village of Anza and questioned him for about two hours inside his home.
