Gaza-Interior Ministry
Ministry of Interior and National Security has observed the recent Zionist escalation on the Gaza Strip at dawn on Sunday, 12.2.2012, which resulted in the death of a citizen and wounding three others in a series of raids launched by IOF warplanes before the middle of the night and early Sunday morning to 4 different targets in the besieged coastal sector and resulted in the death of elderly citizen Abdul Karim Al-Zaytuna (69 years) from Al-Zaytoun neighborhood.
Commenting on the recent Zionist escalation at dawn Sunday, The Ministry of Interior confirms the follows:
1. We denounce the continuing of killing , bombing, and the targeting the citizens, and we consider the Zionist crime against our people "is not justified, and the killing with premeditation," and we carry full responsibility for the occupation in the military escalation against the Gaza Strip, and we stress his aim to disturbing the atmosphere of Palestinian reconciliation.
2. The Occupation is trying to cover up the operations of the Judaization of Jerusalem and attempt to cover up the Zionist usurpers trying to break into the protection of the army of occupation to the courtyards of Al Aqsa Mosque on Sunday.
3 / We demand human rights organizations and all Arab and international parties to intervene to put an end to the escalation of the Zionist occupation and the demand to halt its crimes against the people , stones ,and trees in the Gaza Strip.
4. We emphasize that the targeting of civilians by the occupation and the missiles blew up on Sunday desperate attempt to escape from his interior crises, and the clear evidence that the occupation does not know only the language of blood.
5. We note that the occupation flops , kills and wounds civilians, in the light of ongoing international and Arab support and continuing influx of convoys to break the siege on the Gaza Strip, which means political failure of the occupation government in the world.
