Israeli occupation explicitly violates Articles (13) , (53) and (54) of first Protocol issued in 1977 and the Geneva Conventions, which states in the various paragraphs that may not target civilians or intimidation them in any way.
In the second paragraph of (Article 51) (( The civilian population shouldn't be the object of attack)) also confirms the first paragraph of (Article 52) ((The civilian do not be objects of attack)), and prohibits (Article 54) the use of methods of the war aimed at threading the survival of the civilian population alive.
build some houses that are built for those who lost their homes because of Israeli aggression , confirms that the occupation spend intentions to target civilians directly, bypassing all norms and international laws, which require the intervention parties concerned to stop this aggression and these crimes against civilians.
