A security source in the Ministry of Interior and National Security confirmed that the ministry will launch a campaign to remove encroachments on the governmental lands in the Gaza Strip.

The security source showed to Interior Ministry's website that the ministry completed all preparations to start a huge campaign to remove the encroachments in all the Gaza Strip's governorates.

In this regard, Dr. Maher Al-Soussi, a professor at the Faculty of Sharia at the Islamic University, stressed that it is impermissible to encroach upon money and public property. And he said: " It is unpermitted to exploit them individually or for personal interest without the permission of the state, that is empowered to act in the public domain and authorize who can benefit from ".

Dr. Al-Soussi considered the assault on public funds without taking a permission from the state as "the most serious and illegal from the attack on the sanctity of private funds," explaining: "Scientists classified the public funds and property under the rights of God Almighty, and to demonstrate the sanctity of assaulting them."

Concerning the assailants on public property, Dr. Al-Soussi added: " they should return such property to the State, because the texts of Koran and Sunnah emphasize on the sanctity of the attack on public property. "

Moreover, Dr. Al-Soussi addressed the assailants on public property to "fear God and protect themselves from fire because this encroachment is banned."
