Anti-drugs unit of Palestinian police in the northern Gaza Strip arrested on Wednesday evening many drug dealers and pills of Tramadol in Al-Shati refugee camp in the west of Gaza.
Maj. Ashraf Al-Bayari, director of Anti-drugs unit, said that they received information about the citizen (n, h) who has large quantities of drugs in his home. So, as soon as they rushed to the home and seized 5000 pills.
Al-Bayari confirmed in a statement that the anti-drugs police also seized 1073 narcotic pills on another mission in the same place.
Al-Bayari added: "the accused have been transferred to the offices of investigation to complete the rest of legal procedures against them, and we handed over the quantities of narcotic pills to Al-Shati police station."
