Interior Ministry launches free number "1800540530" to receive complaints and inquiries and suggestions of citizens

The Ministry of Interior and Palestinian National Security returned the activation of free number "1800540530" to receive complaints ,inquiries and suggestions  of our people.

Ms. Hanan Matar, Director of the Complaints Department at the Ministry of Interior said: " We was activated the free number to receive calls during working hours", from eight in the morning and until the second half in the afternoon, seven days a week except on Friday and Saturday.

Matter showed that they launched toll-free number, designed to enable all classes of our people to communicate with the Ministry of Interior and National Security without any hindrance, where the phone number founded in the department of complaints, noting that they will deal with calls and complaints in the total secrecy, and seriously to transfer the competence sides and work to resolve it , and also they will be taking all the advices and suggestions to be submitted by citizens; without paying attention or dealing with any inflammatory or provocative complaints affecting the prestige and dignity of our people .

The Director of the complaints in the Ministry of Interior noted the need for the citizen caller toll-free number to identify himself and address so that you communicate with him, pointing at the same time that the toll-free number is "1800540530" and receives calls only from landline, not from mobile.
