Col. Nareman Odwan , Director General of Palestinian Women Police, has confirmed that the tasks of police is a great if they compared it by the little number of women police, where she said " We select the members of women police according to their good morals , and their ability to scarify and work hard ,in order to serve our Palestinian people ,pointing out that these qualities is the base of successful woman police .
She explained that the policewomen should be ready all the time as a doctor who stand beside his patients ,so the policewomen feel about their duties all the time .
She added happily the society began to accept the work of woman police as a doctor, a nurse ,and a teacher after the sever challenges faced by them .
Odwan continued " We graduated a training course to the new workers for two successive months transferred the life of policeman from the civil to the military ,and we proud of our trained policewomen .
Regarding the college of police and the opining of female police department ,she said we really plan to join the female students in the collage , so the students should have an enough security safety and a high and good morals in addition to affiliation to this idea .
For the physical features of the student Odawn said " the female student should be with the length and a certain weight and enjoy physical fitness, intelligence and agility, and continued: "There is a vision to develop a appropriate cadre of training to this task, and we have trainers graduated from a training course officers , and who were able to produce a cadre of the new workers .
Col. Narmeen Odwan showed that the achievements of women police in 2011 detected 147 cases among the theft and pledge or transfer of the Attorney General, also they participated to 274 women's job searches following the suspected the existence of narcotics, organized 390 activities including a awareness seminars in the schools and universities.

At the end Odwan said: "We have prepared strategic plan to include high professional competence in order to improve the level of cultural, educational and awareness of the community and youths .
