Eng. He stressed that it was agreed to be the presidential and legislative elections and the National Council in May next year. "
He said the agreement stressed that all forms of resistance is the right of the Palestinian people focusing on the popular resistance at this stage, and there are a specialized and joint frameworks to arrange the agreement on the methods of popular resistance.
He added to succeed the agreement all of parties must be adhered to what has been agreed upon.
We are optimistic, but we hope from Abu-Mazen and Fatah movement to notyield to the pressures , where we know the tremendous pressures upon them.
Hamas came strongly to this meeting, without pressures on the decision of reconciliation to the benefit of the Palestinian people and not for the partial benefit and it has all the financially strengths, where the success of the exchange deal and the Arab spring, and the Arab revolutions and the erosion of the blockade on Gaza gradually, that Hamasveracious in its desire for reconciliation and ending the division.
" Brothers in the Fatah movement did not stop the partisan media and attacking, but we have a clear decision that there is no distortion of the good image of this meeting, and the charges in this way is incorrect and the arrests and prosecution against the criminals out of law and regardless of their political affiliation.
We do not arrest people for their political affiliation, but for their committing crimes punishable by law, and talking about the Fatah members arrest is incorrect.
The agreement of government (next factional meeting) was postponed to be decided at this point where Hamas is flexible and not opposed any solution can overcome the division , and if the interest was not to form a government before or after the elections, we agree with the solution that agreed by the factions and hold the interest of people.
Al-Ghussain denied allegations by some media, which indicated that the leader of Hamas movement Dr. Mahmoud Zahar had frozen for his publicly criticism to Meshaal saing : "All of this are fabrications."
Agha , Fatah leader said: "We asked Hamas to release 47 detainees as an application for reconciliation" Al- Ghussein answered : This is not accurate where Fatah movement has signed a reconciliation , where it offered a list of 34 prisoners claimed that they arrested for their political affiliations and the problem is Fatah considers everyone committed a crime and violated the law within the devision as a political prisoner .
They consider everyone committed the killing or put an explosions to blow up shops and cars within a division as a political prisoner and this is not true and the correct definition of the political detainees agreed upon previously and delayed by the Independent Commission for Human Rights, that the arrest carried out only for affiliation.
Once again , Al-Ghussain confirmed that all the names were submitted in the list of the 34 committed a criminal and security offenses of the bombing , killing and collaboration with occupation , and this is not political arrest.
