Col. Rae'd Al-Amodi , the director of Observation and inspection department in the general investigation , has confirmed that they continue working day and night to provide the best service for our Palestinian people .
He showed that the main goals of the department of Observation and Inspection is to reduce the rate of mistakes , permanent prosecution to the members of investigation department ,and directed guide through circular

He added that the offices of police security , General Observer, and grievances Divan work as an Observation and inspection direction generally , but the department of Observation in the general investigation work in a specific to the members of police in the department of investigation
.
Al-Amodi Said that their specialized to the process of Observation and inspection helped them to discover the mistakes in an easier form .
As well as , he showed that they seeking always to hold more courses which serve the officers of investigation.
"2011 witnessed a noticeable reduction in the rate of mistakes and crimes , where we achieved 133 case but the number of achieved issues in 2012 reached to 265 ." Al-Amodi assured .
He continued that the main of their tasks also is to receive the complaints of citizens by formal letter offered to the director general of the general investigation ,then transferred it to the director of observation and inspection department to solve it .
He confirmed that they not hesitate to punish anyone break the law either he was an officer or a normal citizen .
Al-Amodi shed a light on the future plans to the Observation and inspection department in the general investigation that they seek to condensation courses to raise the professional level of officers in order to reduce the rate of crimes , and receiving the complaints of citizens by electronic way .
In his part , captain Mahmud Zeyara has confirmed that he carried out a weekly and comprehensive inspection tours to the all departments in the Gaza strip in addition to the writing reports about the whole achievements and violations then offered it to the director of inspection department to take legal procedures .
Meanwhile, lieutenant Osams Al-Amodi said that they work hard to serve citizens in the Gaza strip by receiving the complaints of citizens in moral and Islamic way .
Once again , Col. Ra'ed Al-Amodi confirmed that they are ready to receive any complaints from citizens in the Gaza strip ,pointing out that they feel happy when reduce the suffering of our people
