Israeli tanks on Tuesday morning fired a barrage of artillery shells at the eastern part of Gaza city.
Local sources told the Palestinian information center (PIC) that at least 10 shells were fired by Israeli tanks positioned at Maleka and Nahal Oz military posts near the Israeli border fence east of Gaza city.
The shells landed in the eastern outskirts of Gaza without any reported causalities.
