Violent clashes erupted Friday evening in Silwan district between Jerusalemite young men and Israeli soldiers after the latter kidnapped young man Hamed Jaber from his home in the area.
Local sources said the mother of Jaber sustained shrapnel injuries in her leg when an Israeli soldier threw a stun grenade inside her house.
In a separate incident, the Hebrew radio claimed that two Israeli settlers' cars were attacked with Molotov cocktails near Ariel settlement north of Salfit city, and noted that the attack did no cause any injuries or damage to the vehicles.
