Mr. FathiHammad, The Minister of Interior and National Security, and a number of heads of security services, had participated in a festival organized by the Fatah last night for the released prisoner, Ayman Alfar who spent 21 years in the Zionistprison. The minister said that the agreement of the exchange embodies the national unity and represents a military, security and Palestinian negotiating victory ,stressing that it would not bethe last .
