General directorate of information systems and computer is one of the active departments in the Ministry of Interior, that provides integrated computerized solutions which effectively finding solutions to many problems that faced by the employee and citizen alike. It also makes great efforts to achieve the highest level of progress, whereas, the latest achievement which prepared by the general directorate of information systems the electronic guide for transactions of Interior Ministry.
Eng Mutasim Al-Sakka, who designed the program of the electronic guide transactions of Interior Ministry, confirmed that this program is made to facilitate transactions of citizens and educate them on the transactions which provided by the Ministry of Interior to its audience, as well as familiarize them with the necessary documents that must be attached when submitting the transaction to the Interior Ministry, in addition to the fees and the place of the transaction.
Al-Sakka said to Interior Ministry's website: "The electronic guide for transactions of Interior Ministry is made to comply with the needs of the citizens and provide services to them with ease."
Furthermore, Al-Sakka noted the a committee is formed to determine procedures for all transactions, taking into consideration international standards in place, to issue the electronic guide for transactions of Interior Ministry."
He continued: "The program is supported with maps that will determine the place of treatment and the level of all the Gaza Strip's governorates," noting that this program lasted nearly three weeks.
The designer of the electronic program hoped that all transactions of the Interior Ministry will be electronic "as applied in the developed world."
Al-Sakka added that the Ministry of Interior is seeking to serve its audiences and facilitate their daily transactions and provide services in an accessible and easy way.
Moreover, he showed that the General directorate of information systems and computer is seeking to develop more than that to serve the public more; also, it seeks to provide advanced mechanism to pay the fees by credit card.
It is worth mentioning that the General directorate of information systems and computer is seeking through this program to upgrade the services of the Interior Ministry and use technology to facilitate the daily transactions of the Palestinian citizen and provide the best services for them.
