Maj. Ayman Batneeji , the spokesman of the Palestinian police, has completed their preparations for the reception of liberated captives and to provide festival reception ,streeing that they will prosecute anyone break the law .
Batengji called drivers to pass an alternative road of Saladin because of the congestion in the street as the road that will be the reception of prisoners.
