Rate of crime goes down in 2011,palestinian police

Positive developments about the crimes in the Gaza Strip occur due to hard efforts by the security agencies who are really concerned with the interests of citizenson the contrary  with old security services that only undertake to apply their personal interests .

Colonel .Mohammed Khalaf, the Director General of intervention and keeping order, said that the crimes are the result follows for bad behavior in society. He added that the role of Palestinian police connected with the nature of the Islamic community and with the nature of Palestinian society made up of factions and parties. "After the 14 June 2007, all police missions take place for citizens of other police can stop any author of crime in any region," he said.

Khalaf said,that the preventing of the crime is better than discovering the criminal, emphasizing that the crime rate for 2010, 2011 is reduced ,

The Gaza Strip never suffers from organized crime, he added

Col. Khalaf said that the Palestinian citizen who informs crime. He mentioned that the rate of criminals go down in 2011.

"We always try to develop our managers to come more skilled and creative in discovering the crimes that they may be developed as the other security agencies in the Arab states," he showed.

About the obstacles, the colonel said that the siege prevents us from contact with other Islamic and Arab countries to take advantage of their experience in this field.

 
He appreciated the support offered by the interior minister, Fathi Hammad.

 He hoped that the modern police in other countries must help the police in the Gaza Strip since ,because it is purely civil service and its purpose is to serve citizen.
