Mr. Hammad: Our people united to confront Israeli occupation

Minister of Interior and National Security Mr. Fathi Hammad confirmed that the Palestinian people is looking forward to return to their homes and villages which abandoned by them in 1948.

Hammad explained, during his receiving members of Tunisian Karama convey, which reached Gaza on Saturday afternoon, that the Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza Strip and abroad, representatives of Diaspora and refugee camps are contributing in resisting the occupation through enhancing their steadfastness.

During receiving the five members of the Tunisian convoy in Bessan rest house, northern Gaza, Hammad wave by his right hand to the border between Gaza and the occupied territories in 1948, and he said: "We are honored to meet you near our occupied land in Berbera."

He stressed on the support of the Palestinian resistance, and he added: "We resist the occupation by our strong relations and extended roots with our Islamic nation."

The Minister of Interior pointed out the Palestinian people and Arab and Islamic nation saw a good omen in Tunisian revolution, considering revolutions raging in several Arab capitals bridge crossing to Al-Aqsa Mosque.

"We are as Palestinians working together to liberate our land and restore our rights and return to the holy sites." Hammad said.
