Brigadier-general Al-Batsh: All Rehabilitation Centers opened to Jurists

A senior delegation of Human Rights Unit in the Ministry of Interior and National Security visited the office of the Palestinian police chief, brigadier general Tayseer Al-Batsh in Gaza; to discuss activating the cooperation and some obstacles in the work.

Brigadier-General Al-Batsh welcomed the visiting delegation headed by Director General of Human Rights Unit Mr. Mohamed Mosleh, who thanked the police chief for the warm reception.

The Palestinian police chief emphasize on increasing the cooperation; in order to provide better service for the Palestinian people, and he added: "This priority stems from the Islamic values and ethics on the basis of "We have honored the sons of Adam. "

Brigadier-General Al-Batsh talked about the ways of mutual cooperation between the police and Human Rights Unit, confirming that all rehabilitation centers are opened to lawyers and Jurists, and that the Palestinian policemen in Gaza Strip are working hard; in order to achieve security for Palestinian citizens.

Lt. Col. Hosam Al-Refi, director of public relations in Human Rights Unit said to Ministry of Interior's website: "We found an interest and concern from the Palestinian police chief to give an importance to the role of Human Rights Unit in the ministry, stressing its importance in communicating with the public.
