Maj. Ayman Al-Batneeji, spokesman for Palestinian police, declared that the police have started a campaign to prevent smoking in taxies, whereas, the driver will be forces to pay a fine whether he is the smoker or any passenger in the car.
This campaign is made to reduce smoking in public facilities and maintain the health of citizens.
