Kuwaiti Palestinian Association for Social Welfare in the Gaza Strip has implemented a project on Wednesday to provide a breakfast for fasting people and distribute 416 parcels to needy and poor families in the various governorates of the Gaza Strip.
The executive director of Association Kamal Musleh said: "The project is implemented by benefactors from the State of Kuwait under the auspices of Al-Rahma Kuwaiti World Association."
He explained that the value of each parcel is $ 88, which contains over 22 varieties of food, adding that " distributing Ramadan aid and food parcels to the poor and needy families in the Gaza Strip during the holy month of Ramadan is to ease their suffering under the Israeli blockade."
Muslehpraised the authenticity of Kuwaiti people and its government and its institutions, especially of Al-RahmaKuwaitiWorld Associationthat finance allGaza projects in all fields;to reduce poverty and unemployment.
Accordingly, Muslehcalled on Arab and Islamic donorsinstitutionsto make more efforts to support the steadfastness of the Gaza Strip and its ability to face the difficultyofstifling Israeli blockade.
