A report issued by General Administration of representative offices in General Observer's office mentioned that it had received during July / 2011 (90) complaints, (61) of them were resolved, while the rest of the complaints under follow-up.
General Administration of representative offices explained that they have received complaints from citizens through five representative offices spread over the length of the five governorates of the Gaza Strip.
Colonel Maher Banat, "director of General Administration of Representative Offices" pointed out that the number of complaints for this month has decreased compared to last June.
