For fourth year Successively , Israeli occupation prohibit Palestinian prisoners to pass general secondary examinations as one of pressure means to break their steadfastness and as attempt to ignore Palestinian people either inside or outside Israeli jails .
Dr. Attalah Abu-Al-Subah , Minster of Detainee's Affairs , has confirmed that the education inside Israeli jails for Palestinian prisoners is a guaranteed right according to the humanitarian and international laws and agreements . Whereas , he criticize the occupation attempt to violate this right saying " The education is a right , not a kindness from Israelis to punish Palestinian detainees in any time "
He commented the Israeli Kenisit decision to prevent prisoners passing their examinations , that the occupation put obstacles against the process of education years ago not these days only , pointing out that their preventing to enter tools and books related to culturing and teaching prisoners inside Israeli jails .
In the same context , Dr. Ossama Al-Mzaini , the Minister of High Education , said that Israelis practice all violations against humanitarian without any care about international laws or human rights ,condemnding the policy of occupation to ignore Palestinian people inside and outside prisons .
Minister of Education assured the prisoners inside Israeli jails , that his ministry will spend all efforts in a cooperation with ministry of detainee's affairs , and institutions of human rights to grant them the right of education next years .
According to the statistics delivered by Dr. Assama Al-Mzaini , that the numbers of prisoners who wanted to pass general secondary examinations is " 95 " .
Meanwhile , the number of prisoners who have university certificates is " 29 " .
Two Ministers have appealed the Arab , international world , and human institutions to stop all violations against our Palestinian people inside and outside Israeli jails .
