Gazan servants -who have not received their full salaries- have considered talking about Ramadan and Eid Al-Fitr as a kind of torment because of the financial obligations which should be made in these occasion.
Whereas, Ramallah government paid only half of the salary for all servants, and it declared that it is suffering from a severe financial crisis, and there is no clear vision about salaries in general in the coming months, while Gaza government do not pay salaries until today.
Gazagovernment needs about 16 million $ at the beginning of each month to pay salaries for nearly 34 thousand civil and military servants, while the number of employees of Ramallah government in Gaza is nearly 80 thousand.
On the other hand, Ahmed Adel, unemployed, attracted the attention that all servants are suffering from the late payment of salaries, what should they do who have only waiting aid from charities in the Gaza Strip."
Many citizens talked about their bad situation, as a result of late payment of salaries by the time of the month of Ramadan, which is scheduled to be astronomical by date in early August.
Majed Sheikh Khalil, 40, showed that the financial situation for his family become awful, as a result of the accumulation of daily expenses, and receiving 800 NIS only of his salary.
He added that the situations in general have become frustrating and disappointing, especially with the lack of reconciliation that gave the Palestinian Gazans hope to live a decent life.
"When the financial crisis will be dispelled?! or we will stay in that suffering?, and how we could face this crisis?" Mohammed Said, 34, a servant said.
The rate of poverty in the Gaza Strip arrived to 72%, 58% of whom live in extreme poverty as a result of closures, increased unemployment and high cost of living, as recent human rights statistics stated.
