Palestinian Health Minister Dr. Bassem Naim has warned of the difficult situation in the health sector in the Gaza Strip because of the continued cuts of electricity and the acute shortage of medicines and medical equipment, stressing calling the international community for maintaining the health sector and protect it from collapse.
This came during a meeting with Max Geller Relief Coordinator in the occupied territories - United Nations Office.
Naim deplored the duplication in dealing with the decisions issued on the Palestinian issue in international forums.
Geller confirmed that his visit made to inspect the health situation in the Gaza Strip and the possibility of improving the health services.
