A page entitled "The Palestinian and Egyptian people want to open the Rafah crossing permanently" was launched on the social web site Face book on Monday http://www.facebook.com/Ma3bar.Rafah, because the Egyptian side did not implement some facilities which that reported previously.
Mohammed Sakaik, one of the officials on page, confirmed that they're planning a sit-in on Thursday at 11 am in the Rafah crossing; in order to open the crossing permanently.
He also showed that a group of activists organized a visit to the Rafah crossing after coordination with the Palestinian side, to notice the suffering of people.
Sakaik pointed out that after seeing the suffering of travelers, including students and patients, decided to organize a sit-in on the Rafah crossing.
Moreover, he stated that the sit-in which will be held on Thursday attended by patients, wounded and students, in addition to mass media, calling the media for highlighting the suffering of people on the Rafah crossing, especially after the decline of the Egyptian side on the facilities that have recently been announced.
The supervisor called to allow students, sick people and wounded to travel without prior coordination, in addition to implement the facilities which announced by Egypt previously.
