Lt. Col. Ayyub Abu-Sha'ar , the director of Rafah crossing , has confirmed that the work at the Rafah crossing stopped until today on Monday in front of travelers.
Abu Sha'ar said , "We have not received any response from the brothers in the Palestinian Foreign Ministry about the findings of the consultations with the Egyptian side regarding the mechanism of work on the crossing."
He pointed , that in the case of any new information about the crossing will be announced in the same time .
Notably , The Egyptian authorities closed the Rafah crossing without prior coordination with the Palestinian side last Saturday.
