Anti-drug police have raided at dawn on Friday 3/6/2011 a den for drug dealers in the east of Deir Al-Balah and arrested 12 people including 7 wanted, and during the search they found large quantities of drugs and different kinds of light weapons and military equipment.
Palestinian police confirmed that they had received information that there are a number of wanted men eastern Deir Al-Balah in the central governorate, and it said: "Immediately, policemen surrounded the place and stormed into the place where a great danger to police officers being close to the eastern border of the Gaza Strip."
Whereas, all arrested people were transferred for investigation to complete the necessary legal procedures.
