The life of a patient. N (27) years threatened in a severe dangerous after her injured in tumor on the brain, whereas , she suffered several years form this disease, which caused her damage to the backbone of the eye and severe headaches as well as hearing problems, she tried to treatment abroad, but to no avail.
Dr. Mohammed Saleh , specialist surgery in the brain and nerves in the military Balsam Hospital , said : "The patient (A . N) was got specific treatment, but without any benefit from it, so we make the quality process to remove the tumor, whereas , this operation had not been made in the Gaza Strip before , and we made it despite of shortage of possibilities .
Dr. Saleh added : " We perform Quality operations in the Balsam hospital and there is several cases subjected to the treatment successfully , where all of patients tried to receive their treatment abroad without any avail .
He considered , that these operations represent the pride of them and for Balsam Hospital and medical services, and it is a remarkable achievement on the ground.
Moa'th Darwish, the official of operations department at the hospital confirmed that the quality operations in the hospital going in full swing, adding that the hospital is suffering from a lack of financial resources for the completion of major operations, and others.
