The Rumor is an essential means to pressure the stage that precedes the declaration of war between two armies, which one of parties consider the conflict as a best mediator to thwart his opponent and to surround him to become bogged down to complete his main case .Whereas, the rumor interferes directly in guiding the policy of the State , and continued to the heart of institutions , without exception.
There is no doubt that the main objective of the rumor , is a personal, utilitarian, and current goal , and always be in the interest of a team or a particular class.
In an interview with Fatema Al-Dweik , one of journalist in the information office at the Ministry of interior said , " We shouldn’t receive any information until to be sure the accuracy of it , and we as an ordinary citizens fear at the first moment when we receive the rumor , because it raise the fear and panic in the hearts , so we should to be aware against these rumors , pointing out that the occupation intended to use the rumor as a tool to destroy morals , so we as journalists having main role to deal with rumor and to clarify the received information " .
According to , "Charles Otendal " , that the rumor use as a cover to hide the fact that certain configuration image far away from reality and its objectives, and to put the opponent in the lowest psychological case , and the impact on the pattern of relations and disturb the atmosphere to the serious degree .. Also , the control on the capabilities of the adversary to pay the final blow at the decisive moment .
Recently , Ministry of Interior has warned against rumors or to deal with messages on mobiles phones , especially in the case of war and violations .
Eng. Ihab Al-Ghussain , the spokesman of media for the Ministry of Interior , assured that the rumors raise the fear and panic in the hearts of strugglers, to strength the pessimism case for them , aiming to prevent its promoting to implement the military plans and to achieve decided ambitions in a leader way .
"The media has a major role in curbing the rumor or versa , that the rumor lead to negative repercussions in public opinion , unless they are accompanied to the source accuracy of information and to determine the motivation , and today we urgently need to dismiss the rumors , where we are still got ourselves off the dust of rumors that had a big role in raising of sedition , which paid by the homeland and the citizen" , Al-Ghussain explained
He added , In order to eliminate rumor you should to limit its promotion and deployment .
Meanwhile , Hanadi Al-Malahi , French translator , indicated that the Palestinians are a targeted people in all fields and the rumor is one of these means , so every one should be ware against these rumors , which aim at destroying the will and steadfastness of Palestinians people " .
