On Wednesday May 4, 2011 Interior Ministry in Gaza has implemented the death sentence against (A. Sh.) accused of collaborating with the Israeli occupation.
The Ministry confirms that the death sentence had been carried out after exhausting all provision methods .
The execution come after the certification of a resolution of Palestinian government to implement the provisions of penalty for collaborators ,who involved in cooperation with the Israeli occupation.
The Supreme Military Court sentenced on Tuesday 04/19/2011 the accused (A. Sh) from Gaza population , shot to death on charges of treason contrary to the Articles (131 / a), (134) (140 / b), ( 148) and intervention of murder contrary to the articles (378 / A) in terms of Article (88 / a) of the Palestinian Revolutionary Penal Code of 1979. The Court emphasized that these provisions were unanimously and publicly given to understand.
