Col.Ayob Abu-Sha'ar , the director of Rafah crossing police , has announced that Rafah crossing will be opened on Tuesday ( 20/4/2011) .
Abu-Sha'ar explained that any passenger want travel before that day he can , pointing out that these procedures comes according to the travel process arrangement to ensure the rest of citizens .
