One Palestinian was kidnapped by Israeli Occupation Forces in Al-Beira city in West Bank .
Eyewitnesses said , Israeli soldier raided a building returned to Al-Tarter family , beside the building of radio and T.V in Om Al-sharaiet neighborhood , then arrested the citizen Mahmoud Al-Tarteer " 27 years " .
