Gaza-Interior Ministry
permanent military court in Gaza, has sentenced onTuesday 03/29/2011 the accused (W.J) from Al-Wusta governorate population by hanging until death for treason, and interference in the murder.
On the other hand military court sentenced the defendant (M.A) from the residents of Gaza to hard labor for fifteen years, pursuant to Articles (118) , (141) and (144) of the Revolutionary Penal Code of 1979 on charges of treason.
The Court emphasized that the sentences were issued unanimously and publicly understood and that they are subject to appeal
