Ministry of Interior and National Security is still receiving the citizens' complaints and inquiries as well as their suggestions on toll-free "1800310410, which launched in 17/3/2011.
The toll-free number which connected with office of general observer of Interior Ministry receives calls of citizens during the days and hours of work "from 8 am until 3 pm, except on Friday and Saturday."
Assistant Undersecretary of Ministry of Interior, Mr. Kamel Abu Madi said: "The toll free launched by Ministry of Interior to receive the citizens' complaints, inquiries and suggestions is consistent with the mission, values ??and goals of Ministry of Interior.
He added: "Our goal is to achieve the effective communication among all classes of our society and to achieve the Ministry of Interior's mission to spread public order with all sectors and provide civic services to all classes of society. "
It is worth mentioning that Ministry of Interior and National Security in the Palestinian government announced earlier the launch of toll-free 1800540530 to receive complaints, inquiries and proposals of citizens.
