يشكل الحصار لقطاع غزة عقبة ومأساة لسكانه، فهم يعانون من مشاكل عديدة تخص السفر حيث يعتبر معبر رفح هو المنفذ الوحيد للخارج سواء للمرضى أو الطلاب أو أصحاب الحالات الصعبة.
وبالرغم من حدوث التغيير في مصر والثورة التي جرت وانتهاء العهد السابق إلا أننا في وزارة الداخلية نفاجأ بإرجاع المواطنين ولأسباب تافهة، وهو ذات الأسلوب المتبع من قبل أمن الدولة في السنوات الماضية.
فقد تم خلال الفترة التي فتح فيها المعبر من بعد إغلاقه بسبب الثورة في مصر، إعادة 455 مسافر، ليتبين لنا بعد التأكد أن أمن الدولة هو من يقوم بإرجاع تلك الحالات والتي منها:
1. أشخاص طاعنون في السن بلغ أحدهم الستين من عمره.
2. أشخاص فقدوا البصر بالكامل.
3. شخص له إقامة قارب أربعين عاماً في مصر.
4. أصحاب إقامات في الخارج مهددون بفقدان إقامتهم لينضموا إلى طوابير البطالة التي تتكدس في قطاع غزة.
5. طلبة قاربوا على أن يطردوا من جامعاتهم.
6. مرضى يعانون الأمرين وغير مسموح بدخولهم لدى الإسرائيليين لأسباب أمنية.
ومن الغريب أن يذهب المريض ومرافقه ليتم السماح بدخول المرافق ويتم إرجاع المريض إضافة لذلك فإن أعداداً كبيرة من أبناء قطاع غزة عالقون في مطارات العالم ينتظرون الإذن بعودتهم عبر مطار القاهرة ولم يسمح لهم حتى الآن.
وبناء على ما نتوقعه من المجلس العسكري الأعلى من أمانة وإخلاص لأمتهم وشعبهم فإننا نتوجه إليهم بمطالبة الأخ لأخيه بما يلي:
1. فتح معبر رفح في كلا الاتجاهين بدون تأخير.
2. السماح للموطنين السفر بدون عوائق إلا في الحالات الجنائية والتي يتم التفاهم عليها من الطرفين.
3. إلغاء كشوفات أمن الدولة أو المخابرات التي يتم إعادة المواطنين بناءً عليها.
4. تسهيل دخول البضائع إلى قطاع غزة من الجانب المصري.
5. السماح للمواطنين العالقين في الخارج بالعودة فوراً.

Rafah crossing is the only outlet to Palestinian citizens
A blockade of Gaza Strip forms an obstacle and tragedy to its population , who suffer from many problems related to travel, whereas Rafah crossing is the only outlet to travel abroad , whether to the patients , students, or to the owners of critical cases .
Despite the change and the revolution occurred in Egypt and the end of previous era, we surprised to return citizens for trivial reasons, and this method used by State Security years ago .
After making sure , we knew that the state security is the main source to return these cases , which included
1. Elderly people who have sixty years old
2.People who have lost sight completely.
3. A person having a residence forty years in Egypt .
4. Owners of residences threatened to loss it join the unemployment queues that accumulate in the Gaza Strip.
5. Students approached to dismiss from their universities .
6. Patients who suffered a lot and prevented to enter Israel for security reasons .
It is curious that the patient goes with his compeer to be allowed to enter the compeer and let patient returned in addition to the large numbers of Gaza strip people , who wedged at the airports of world , and they are Waiting the permission to return via the airport of Cairo , where they did not allow for them until now .
According to that and according to what we expect of your honesty and sincerity for your nation and People , we asked you the following :
1. Open the Rafah crossing in both directions without delay.
2. To allow the citizens travel with out obstacles except the criminal cases that are agreed by two parties
3. Cancel the statements state security or intelligence that people are returned according to it .
4. Facilitate the entry of goods into the Gaza Strip from the Egyptian side.
5. Allowing for wedged citizens abroad to return immediately.

La crise de point de passage de Rafah , seul ouverture de la bande de Gaza assiégé
Le siège de Gaza constitue un obstacle pour la population de la bande de Gaza puise qu’elle souffre de plusieurs troubles de voyage notamment parce que le point de passage de Rafah est le seul terminal pour eux au monde extérieur pour les étudiants , les maladies , et les titres de cas difficiles .
Malgré la révolution et le changement se produisent en Egypte et le chut de l’ancien régime , on est très étonné de faire retourner les citoyens pour des raisons triviales et c’est le même comportement adopté par la sécurité de l’état au cours de la période découlée .
Il est à noter que la sécurité de l’état a fait retourner les citoyens suivants :
1°Des grands hommes, 60 ans .
2°Des gens qui ont perdu leurs visions totalement
3°Une personne qui son séjour en Egypte commence depuis 40 ans .
3°Des titres de visas qui serions menacés de les perdre ensuit ils deviennent des chômeurs dans bande de Gaza qui auparavant souffre de grand pourcentage de chômage.
5°Des étudiants aurions expulsés de leurs universités.
6°Des malades qui sont interdits d’entrer Israël suit des prétextes sécuritaires
Il est très bizarre que le compagnon malade est permis d’y entrer pourtant le malade lui même est interdit .En outre , des grands nombres des habitant de la bande de Gaza sont suspendus dans les aéroports dans le monde entier en attendant la permission de leurs retour à l’aéroport de Caire pour ce moment .
En conséquence, on vous demande nous frères de :
1°L’ouverture de passage de Rafah dans les deux directions sans retard.
2°La permission de citoyens à voyager sans obstacles sauf s’il ya des fons criminels seraient résolu par les deux côtés.
3°L’abolition de répertoires de la sécurité de l’état et le service de renseignements.
4°La facilitation de l’entrée de marchandises dans la bande de Gaza de côté égyptien.
5°La permission aux citoyens suspendu à retourner à la bande de Gaza immédiatement.
