Therefore, Mr. Fathi Hammad , Minister of Interior and national security , has addressed an urgent message to Ukrainian Minister Major. general / Anatoli Volodymyrovch Mohyliov , asking him to take an immediate procedures to detect the reasons for the disappearance of the Palestinian Dr .Dirar Musa Abu Sisi and ensure his return to his family and homeland
As a result , Ministry of Interior and national security indicated the following
First : This abduction is a big evidence to the piracy of the Zionist occupation and its crimes committed against Palestinians in all areas of the world
Secondly : We appeal Ukrainian authorities full responsibility for the disappearance of the Palestinian Abu Sisi on its territory
Thirdly : We call the Ukrainian authorities to return Palestinian citizen Abu Sisi safely to his homeland
Fourth: We hold the Zionist occupation full responsibility for the life of the kidnapped Abu Sissi
Fifth: We demand international community to stop the Zionist occupation crimes committed against the Palestinians as a result of continuing silence on the crimes
