Supreme Military Court delays three defendants ten days to surrender themselves

Supreme Court decided in accordance with Article (251) to delay the accused Atif Salim Saleem Al-Akhras, Ahmad Ismail Ali Abu Jazar, and Naji Sulaiman Mohammed Abu Jazar, all of them are residents of Rafah, ten days from the 8th of March 2011 to surrender themselves to the military justice in the north of Gaza Strip.


The Supreme Military Court said that if those accusers do not surrender themselves to justice, they will be considered as fugitives from justice and tried in absentia.

 
The court ordered all members of security forces to arrest the defendants whose names mentioned above and hand them over to the military justice, and it called anyone who knows the whereabouts of their presence for telling them immediately.
