Interior Ministry launches second phase of campaign of "Seizing Government Vehicles"

Gaza/ Interior Ministry
Ministry of Interior and National Security in the Gaza Strip in cooperation with traffic police launched on Sunday (6-3) a campaign to seize the government vehicles for employees in the Interior Ministry and the Palestinian government.

 

Whereas, the second phase of the campaign was launched with the participation of the general administration for supply at Interior Ministry and traffic police and in cooperation with Ministry of Transport and Communications in the Palestinian government.
 
With the start of the campaign, a number of private vehicles for the ministry and government were stopped near Temraz service station in Al-Jala'a Street, that driven by members of security services.

 

Lieutenant colonel Bahjat Abu Sultan, Director General of General Administration for Supply at Interior Ministry, explained that the second phase of the campaign was launched in cooperation with Ministry of Transport and Communications to control, monitor and follow up government vehicles.
 
Interior Ministry in the Palestinian government launched in early November a campaign to seize government vehicles in the Gaza Strip.

 

Abu Sultan pointed out that the competent authorities that supervising the campaign will punish who disagree the traffic conditions.

 

Abu Sultan added: "We will follow up the campaign until we reach the stage of application to activate these decisions 100%."
