Gaza–Interior Ministry
Dr. Mohammed Ascol , the Minister of Education and higher Education , has opened the book exposition on Sunday February 21, 2011 , which organized by directorate of Education, in a cooperation with Ministry of Culture in Rafah city.
The exposition attended by Ahmed Al-Najar , the deputy director of general relation in the Ministry , Said Harb , the director of Education in Rafah city , and a number of heads of departments , schools , and the local and civil institutions.
Ascol talked during his speech , about the achievements of the Ministry , and the development occurred in the level of examination results to the students of fourth and seventh class according to the last year , and the equality of success percentage in the national exam with West Bankresults .
He added , the attending of UNRWA to this ceremony is a big evidence to coordinate between his ministry and them , which reflect positively towards our students.
At the end of ceremony he thanked all heads , and the people who attended , appreciating the role of culture ministry to organize such these expositions
