Minister of Interior opens new expansions of Jordanian Field Hospital

Mr. Fathi Hammad, Minister of Interior and National Security, opened yesterday evening the new expansions of Jordanian Field Hospital in Gaza, in the presence of Dr. Bassem Naim, Minister of Health, retired Major General Ahmed Al-Amyan, head of Charity Organization of Jordan, a delegation of Medicines Sans Frontieres and a group of doctors and nurses in the Jordanian hospital.

Hammad welcomed the Jordanian delegation and the twelfth medical team on Palestine, praising the Jordanian solidarity with the Palestinian people, that came to help them in the Gaza Strip.
 
Palestinian Interior Minister thanked His Majesty King Abdullah II king of Jordan for his support; in order to serve the Palestinian people.

Major General Al-Amyan expressed hid delight and happiness as he stands between his family and loved people on Gaza land, noting that they came to provide support to the Palestinians and serve the Palestinian cause.
 
Al-Amyan thanked the Palestinian government, represented by Ministries of Interior and Health for their facilities to the Jordanian delegation and Good hospitality for the Jordanian medical staff, particularly the engineering office of Ministry of Interior.

In this regard, Eng. Khalid Al-Radee'a, director of Engineering Office at Ministry of Interior and National Security, showed that the project of expanding the Jordanian hospital by adding more living rooms was funded by the charitable authorities in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Al-Radee'a pointed out that the project aims to make new expansions by establishing new warehouses for drugs and medicines and another floor for administrative rooms in addition to living rooms, noting that there are difficulties facing them in their project.
 
Accordingly, Al-Radee'a thanked the Jordanian medical staff for their helping and support to the supervisors on the project with the engineering office at the Ministry of Interior, he also thanked all charitable organizations which participated with expanding the Jordanian field hospital.
