Three workers werefired by Israeli occupation forces during their collecting to the small stones .
Adham Abu-Selmiya , the spokesman of the Emergency and Ambulance , said that the three men were shot by occupation lead east of Al-Shejaiya neighborhood during their collect to the small stones there .
Abu-Selmiya , added that men were transferred to the hospital to receive treatment, that their case described as moderate .
Notably, the number of small stones workers increased to 118 since March 2010 .
