Yossif Al-Mansi , the Minister of Public Housing , has visited the destroyed citizens' houses northern Gaza strip .
Al-Mansi , met several families to see their difficult conditions due tosevere cold , where the visit included Izbat Abed Rabu east of Jabaliya , and Al-atatra area , AL-Israa neighborhood , and the citizens who live in the camps since Gaza war .
Citizens said , that they live in the camps despite of severe cold , after the payment delay of rents provided by donor sides for second year .
In the same context , AL-Mansi confirmed that the Ministry spend all efforts to end the suffering of the owners of destroyed houses , pointing out that they will rebuild their houses during next days .
Al-Mansi added , the visit came according to the visits aimed at ending the suffering of all damaged people during the cold weather .
