Gaza – Interior Ministry
Dr. Youssif Al-Manssi , the Minister of Public Works and Housing , has confirmed that his ministry intended to send complain to Al-Gaddafi , against the UNRWA , that they received 50 million dollar to start construction process in the Gaza strip .
Al-Manssi added , in " A meeting with official " , which organized by governmental information office in Gaza on Wednesday " that United Nations Relief and Works Agency "UNRWA" received the amount for a long time , and she did not start any change in the total file of construction , and they shard partially to provide some of money for damaged people" .
He continued " UNRWA help occupation against Gaza , that they can enter construction materials through border crossings with Gaza , or via Egyptian crossing , and they have an enough agreement to launch through it ".
Al-Manssi pointed out , that the Ministry prepared an engineering teams to follow the security of building process , assuring that they seek to build the house completely .
The government declared later , the beginning of first batch for the reconstruction project to the destroyed houses , showing that the first stage includes the reconstruction of 1000 houses , hoping to double this number when the granted sides send other finance gifts .
On the other hand , Al-Mansi showed that there is a local and International charities shares the government to rebuild other units .
Notably, Israeli occupation forces has destroyed thousands of houses during last war on the Gaza strip , which led to the suffering of Palestinian families .
