A court of Khan Younis , southern Gaza Strip, has sentenced a drug dealer (p, m ) for 15-years .
The prosecution said , " This sentence came after finding a large quantities of narcotic that its weight reached to more than 4.5 kilograms of drugs with the accused ."
" This heavy sentence as a result of the great efforts spent by the Palestinian government and the public prosecution against dealers and addicted drugs , and as a result of applying an Egyptian law for drugs No. 19 of 1962, that the punishment for drug trafficking reached to the death penalty or life imprisonment " prosecution added .
Public Prosecution started to apply the sentence stressing on themaximum punishment by the law against the defendants and to deter others tempted to spreading poison among the Palestinian people.
